To ensure fairness and maintain a smooth scheduling process, the following policies apply: • No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 50% fee of the total service cost will be charged. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and a 50% fee will be applied.
